TeeBox Caddy recognized a need in the market place for a company that can partner with golf event coordinators to maximize the value of charity tournaments for both the player and sponsor. Other companies just want to tell you how to do it or only want to sell you something.

Our biggest and proudest accomplishment is our integrated registration system. Our system takes gift bags to a new level. You can customize and/or personalize player gift bags based on their selections at registration. Even better, this allows the tournament to make more money.

How to a get a players entry code to shop the discount store?
If you played in a TeeBox Caddy Sponsored event you can get a code from the tournament director or contact us and tell us the tournament you played in and we can give the code for that tournament.
How can my company participate in golf tournaments managed by TeeBox Caddy?
We enjoy bringing quality companies and products to tournaments. Please contact us and we can see if there is a possible fit.
How does TeeBox Caddy sell products at such a low price?
We are part of a larger marketing company that does all the printing and design in-house. We also commit to thousands of dollars in apparel purchases and pass the savings to you.
What do you mean you guarantee your work?
We are confident that are services will help you provide a better tournament. If you are not completely satisfied, cancel our services thirty days prior to your event and you will not owe us any consulting fee. Only pay for personalized products that you have ordered.
Can we just use your tournament registration and management system?
We offer the system on a rental basis. We provide all marketing materials on an ala carte basis. Our registration system cost less than most tournaments charge for one player.
Will you help us negotiate a good deal with a golf course?
We do not negotiate rates with golf courses. We have many strong working relationships with most of the golf courses in the community. We have pledged not to share their confidential information or try to persuade tournaments away or towards other facilities. We have plenty of resources to help you narrow your search and are happy to set-up up tours of facilities of your choice.
Do you handle corporate events?
We handle many corporate events. This is a different program with the same goal; make your tournament smooth, fun, and enjoyable. We have many tools and resources to organize the type event you are looking for.
Can we use your tents and other services for events other than golf?
We have participated in races, town fairs, school functions and community events. Let us know what you need.
